Residential Charts and Graphs

 

Garrett Appraisal Service regularly updates single-family residential charts and graphs by school districts.  These include trend line analysis for monthly average and median sale prices based off either Dayton or Cincinnati MLS. This indicates whether the sale price trend is up, level or down. We use whichever MLS system has the dominant data for the specific school district. I also look at the rolling 12 month # of sales.  I also do months to absorb charts by school district by price brackets. It shows if there is an oversupply of homes and how many homes typically sell each month in each of the price brackets. It helps provide a feel of the amount of competition in each price bracket in each school district.

The following are a list of the school districts that we collect months to absorb data. Each of the school districts is listed under the MLS system that I use as a base to build my charts.
